Well-Being Projects 

The Centre provides a rolling on programme of well being activities designed to help process the grief journey:  

  • Yoga
  • Tai chi
  • Zumba
  • Art and Music Therapy Workshops

These activities work in conjunction with the counselling sessions and are delivered in small groups helping individuals to engage on a regular basis to:

  • Improve mental health
  • Improve physical health and
  • Improve personal well being

Well-Being Activities - Yoga and Pilates

Read on to discover details of our future well-being activities which work in conjunction with the one to one Counselling as follow on well being activities for the over 50/60's.

Sessions are free for the Local Community aged over 50/60 yrs. who are currently overcoming grief or who have experienced loss/grief in the past.

Lunch Time

Our 4 week programme of Yoga for Bereavement will begin on:

Date: Wednesday 7th November 2018    Time: 11 am to 12 noon

Our 5 week programme of Pilates for Bereavement will begin on:

Date: Thursday 1st November 2018        Time: 12 noon to 1pm

Late Afternoon/Early Evening

Our 8 week programme of Yoga for Bereavement will begin on:

Date: Friday 2nd November 2018            Time: 4:30pm to 5:30pm
