Well-Being Projects 

The Centre provides a rolling on programme of well being activities designed to help process the grief journey:  

  • Yoga
  • Tai chi
  • Zumba
  • Art and Music Therapy Workshops

These activities work in conjunction with the counselling sessions and are delivered in small groups helping individuals to engage on a regular basis to:

  • Improve mental health
  • Improve physical health and
  • Improve personal well being

Yoga and Pilates
Join our Therapist Elena via YouTube in a series of 1 hour sessions of Chair Yoga. Covering such topics as Strength & Engergy from the comfort of your own home, while we work through these challenging times. YouTube Links to all sessions can be found by clicking here

Well-Being Workshops - 5 Sessions

These workshops have been funded by The National Lottery Community Fund - Awards For All and provide an introduction on how to support our Body, Mind and Spirit during challenging times.

Please join us for these 40 minute weekly workshops on Zoom hosted by Monica Pellegrini our Well-Being Therapist, starting from Tuesday 23 June at 11am.
